Cancellations / Refunds
A full refund will be given for written requests received on or before 1 April 2023. No refunds will be granted after 1 April 2023. Cancellations must be received in writing (email acceptable) from the original registrant at to Hilary Johnson at firstname.lastname@example.org . No cancellations will be taken by phone. Attendees that do not provide written notification of cancellation and do not attend the event will be responsible for the full registration fee and any other incurred costs.
Substitute attendees may be named, in writing, prior to 1 May 2023 or during on-site registration. Notification of substitution must be submitted in writing from the original registrant to TSgt Robinson at email@example.com or in writing during on-site registration. No substitutions will be taken by phone.
