  1. Set-up will take place on Tuesday, May 6, 2025 from 10:00 a.m.- 8:00 p.m. The earliest you may enter the venue on May 7 is 6:30 a.m.
  2. Teardown will take place on Wednesday, May 7, 2025 at 5 p.m. - 11 p.m.  There are TWICS 2025 speaker engagements going on in the adjacent exhibit hall.  If you can depart quietly, you may depart earlier.  However, if you require use of the loading dock and bay door, you may need to wait until 5 p.m.  We will do our best to coordinate your departure well before 5 p.m. since the STEM event ends at 1:30 p.m.  Upon departure, please remove all trash.
  3. Government equipment will not be available to assist in the set-up or tear down of organization assets.
  4. Organizations cannot sell items from their exhibit space.  Exhibit spaces should be educational and hands-on engagement opportunities for students.
  5. Food and/or beverages cannot be sold or distributed from the exhibit space.
  6. Protection and security of organization assets are the responsibility of the organization and its representatives.
  7. Exhibitor Parking for Exhibit Hall C is HRCC Southeast Parking Lot.  Loading dock and bay door access is at the rear of Exhibit Hall C on Pine Chapel Road.  When unloading is complete at loading dock, please park in HRCC Southeast Parking Lot.
  8.  Any vehicle brought into Exhibit Hall C for display must contain only a half tank of gas maximum and the battery must be disconnected.
  9. TWICS 2025 3-day event is free for any STEM Exhibitor and you are welcome to attend any day before or after the STEM Engagement.  You may register under “Academia/Student”.
  10. We will provide water and coffee which will be located within Exhbit Hall C.  HRCC Service desk is located in the rear of Exhibit Hall A/B.

  • 10’x10’ sq ft smallest exhibit space
  • one 8 ft table - no tablecloths provided
  • 2 foldup chairs
  • Loading dock with bay door in rear of Exhibit Hall C
  • Large trash cans located throughout venue
  • You may bring lunch
  • Water station located within venue
  • HRCC Service Desk located in rear of venue
